*PS* Apologies for turning down slicing of sourdough requests. Slicing them earlier ruins the crust and dries the crumb. It’s better to slice at home with your own sharp serrated knife. Also, on a big scale, I am unable to slice every loaf that’s ordered. Thank you for your kind understanding!
